I am so pissed off and frustrated that I don't what to do. I had a flip knife lore mw and cool mint gloves in bitskins for sale. My knife sold, and I now have 217 in my balance. My gloves didn't sell so I decided to keep them.
My friend had an additional 200 in his account, so he decided to give it to me. I sold him an item for 195 and received 180~ after all the fees. With that I bought a karambit doppler FN.
Few days later, both of our accounts got locked. We contacted bitskins and they said we weren't allowed to transfer our balance.
We did not know that and it isn't in the FAQ either.

If someone has been banned, it is because they've tried to commit payments fraud, impersonated other Steam users/entities, attempted ID verification fraud, or endangered other Steam users' safety (e.g., phishing, misleading trade offers, etc.). If you believe you've been wrongly banned at BitSkins.com, we can take a look at your case again if you request it via a support ticket, but you may not receive a response if we ascertain malicious behavior on your part. "
I have not done payment fraud, or endanger anyone else.

Its been 2 weeks and still no answer. I sent countless support tickets and even tweeted at them. Thanks for taking my knife and glove bitskins. I really appreciate it!

few months passed since my last transaction and yet again i meet the same problem. site is not loading credit card payment page and after trying two times i got banned for using the card 4 hours. i could depo only 500 and the next 500 i got banned. now i`m stuck with 500dollars on bitskins and i cannot buy the item i want beacause i cant deposit the rest. i waited 4 hours three times and i got banned again. its just frustrating to get banned multiple times because the SITE IS NOT LOADING.
